Atmospheric pollusion from automobiles mainly occured from the fuel tank, the carburattor, the crank case and the exhaust system. One of the main method to reduce pollusion from engine is to introduce positive crankcase ventilation valve (PCV valve) in between the crankcase and intake manifold. . The plant is operated at low pressure for proper burning of gas and proper fermentation.
The used out substrate passing to outlet tank through the outlet pipe. The residual slurry gets stored in this tank. The solid residue can be used for diluting the dung. Sometimes mixture is used in the digester to help digestion. The digester may be surrounded by water and heating coil to maintain temperature.
